Canon Point: Just as she is about to fade after Sora and his friends defeat her in Chain of Memories.

Personality:
Larxene is first and foremost someone who is out only for herself. She, unlike the other Nobodies in Organization 13, does not WANT her heart back, preferring to be the cold, heartless person who can bully and hurt without repercussion. She finds most things that don’t involve hurting or embarrassing another person (or persons) boring; and would prefer to get work done quickly to be left to her own devices. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind, but also knows what to say to get her way. This doesn’t always work for her due to being known for her mean-spirited nature, but it doesn’t stop her from trying. She is narcissistic and has a sadistic nature, even shown in the manga to enjoy the works of Marquis de Sade (historically known as “The Father of Sadism”). We do not know much about her past from the media that has been provided other than the fact that she seemed to have been emotionally hurt/scarred due to her statement that having a heart was “painful” (and the fact that she seemed sad when she was fading into darkness after being defeated). Another profound trait that she shows is that she despises children. During a mission to train Roxas in magic, she treated him poorly, making her disdain obvious. In the game 358/2 Days, if the player were to address her after that particular mission, she would speak of Roxas’ skill and even contemplate telling him about her plan with a fellow Organization member (Marluxia), to overthrow and betray the Organization. That being said, she is willing to do anything and use anyone to get what she wants.
Larxene was able to befriend one person, Marluxia, although most Nobodies preferred to not address them as such- considering they were just “remembering” how it felt and didn’t actually have sincere feelings of companionship (or so they were told), but it is possible for her to get along with others. They just usually need to have the same interests. She’s also extremely judgmental, and as stated before, will not hesitate to voice her opinion on someone to their face. The only exception to this are her higher ups, and/or someone she knows can kill her (Sora being the exception due to the fact that she believed she was more powerful and could overtake him). In those cases, she will most definitely talk about them behind their backs, but only to someone she thinks won’t rat her out (like she would them).
She can also have a playful side on a rare occasion, as seen in the manga when she and Demyx prank Axel with a whoopie cushion. When she isn’t trying to flirt, impress, or bully anyone, she can be rude, crude, and (if she already made her decision on her feelings towards the person) doesn’t care if anyone sees her as such.
Larxene is flirtatious and cunning, but always with the underlying “better than you” attitude. If it’s obvious that her advances are making someone uncomfortable, she gets upset at first, but will not exactly let it get her down- she will continue to flirt and touch just to get a reaction. This goes back to her sadistic nature. Her haughty attitude can make her cocky in some situations. Mixed with the fact that she also has a short temper that can be triggered by almost anything? This can lead to disastrous situations, and in her case, fatal consequences.
- Also has upper body strength to the point of being able to hold a teenager and toss them aside
- "Lightning" fast attack power - to the point of local teleportation only within the battle
- Is able to use traditional magic used in Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts games, with her primary element being lightning and lightning based attacks.
- Said lightning based attacks range from light shocks to a literal wall of lightning.

- As with all Nobodies, she also has the ability to use the Dark Corridors (literal corridors made of darkness used to travel between worlds)
Power Nerfs (if applicable): Due to the nature of this game, and the lack of "worlds" she can travel between, I believe the corridor travel was limited to 30ft for others. I am perfectly okay with this.
Inventory: Her clothes that she normally wears (black shirt, black pants, knee high black boots with heels, and her Organization coat), and her main set of knives (called Foudre- "lightning" in French) that she uses as a weapon.
Incentives: Larxene was literally about to fade (what death is to a Nobody) at the point I can pulling her from. Not going back to just die is a major incentive. However, the main incentive for her is to not be controlled, or under the orders of "The Superior," aka Xemnas. She may not want her heart, but she wants freedom- El Nysa may not be ideal for her, but it's better than being part of the Organization that she was going to betray anyway.
